B2B: Drive Growth and Customer Satisfaction by Selling Subscription Services Online

From go-to-market strategies to operational efficiencies, businesses across industries continue to transform toward subscription business models.

Among the most common are vendors of software and media content, which use the software-as-a-service business model to let customers subscribe to digital products they access through a web browser. Other types of companies may use a SaaS platform to let their customers subscribe to automatic replenishment of hard goods as well as digital products. An ideal SaaS platform, however, will also provide integrated applications for managing such operations as customer accounts, online payments and marketing campaigns to build a subscription business and keep it running smoothly

The business benefits of the subscription-based model are clear— increased recurring revenue, reduced cost, and improved customer loyalty.

In this webinar, guest speaker, Duncan Jones, VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester, will define the best practices for companies seeking to grow subscription revenue. He will also describe sound pricing strategies to win new deals, maximize renewals and drive growth.

In addition, you’ll hear about how companies are transforming their digital platforms to sell and service subscriptions using eCommerce.

Join the webinar to learn more about both the business strategies and digital technologies to create a thriving subscription-based business.
