2022 Online Home Goods Report
Online home goods sales benefitted from a pandemic-induced sales surge last year. With stores shut and consumers quarantining in their homes, more shoppers bought home furnishings online to adjust to these sudden changes. This shift led to a year-over-year growth rate of 51.8% for U.S. online home goods sales, while offline home goods sales declined 8.8% in 2020.
The 2021 Online Home Goods Report ranks the 104 leading online home goods retailers in the Top 1000 and covers a range of trends in the home goods industry, including how mobile tools are paying off for retailers in the space, fulfillment data and exclusive consumer insights about home goods buying habits and preferences.
