97% of U.S. consumers who shop online do so on marketplaces, a 12 percentage point jump from 2016, according to a new report by UPS Inc. and comScore Inc.

Of those U.S. marketplace shoppers, 90% shop on Amazon.com Inc.’s marketplace, up from 70% the
previous year.

The report, “The UPS Pulse of the Online Shopper,” evaluated consumer shopping habits from browsing before purchasing to post-delivery of more than 18,000 online shoppers worldwide in 2017.
