Infographic: Challenges brands face when selling direct

80% of consumer brand manufacturers surveyed currently sell products on their own e-commerce sites, and of the 20% that don’t, the majority said they plan to within the next two years. Many brands believe they need to sell online or they’ll lose market share to web-only brand competitors such as Dollar Shave Club or Casper. These are the results of an in-depth survey of 118 consumer brand manufacturers conducted by Adweek and Internet Retailer.
