W.W. Grainger Inc. is seeing its fastest growth through its online-only Endless Assortment channel, where surging sales at Zoro.com and MonotaRo.com are backed by increasing numbers of SKUs and registered users.

Grainger shows steady growth online in 2021

The 2021 financial numbers are in the history book for W.W. Grainger Inc., the big public distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products and industrial supplies. Grainger’s fastest-growing channel was its Endless Assortment segment. Endless Assortment includes Zoro.com and Japan based MonotaRo.com and is Grainger’s online-only business. In 2021, sales for Endless Assortment totaled $2.58 billion, up 18.3% from $2.18 billion in 2020.
