Ferguson, which does the lion’s share of its sales in the United States, increased ecommerce sales to 21% of total sales for the fiscal year ended July 31.

We are continuing to invest in our ecommerce and omnichannel capabilities.

And last year, both total and ecommerce revenue grew nicely for Ferguson, especially in the U.S.

For the 2021 fiscal year ended July 31, Ferguson, which generates 94% of all sales in the U.S., grew total revenue year over year by 14.3% to $22.792 billion from $19.940 billion in fiscal 2020. U.S. revenue grew by 13.9% to $21.478 billion from $18.857 billion in fiscal 2020.

Total sales grew, but ecommerce grew even faster and accounted for a larger slice of the total U.S. sales pie. In fiscal 2021, ecommerce accounted for 21% of all U.S. sales compared with 19% in fiscal 2020, according to the company’s recently released annual report.
