B2B sellers shifted their focus to investing more in their ecommerce sites because of COVID-19. As many look past the impacts of the coronavirus, 43% are expecting significant challenges in securing the funds to make necessary investments in their business. A further 59% are anticipating minor challenges to optimizing the customer experience, but 42% of B2B distributors aren’t expecting any issues when it comes to selling to the end customer. This is according to a new survey of 110 B2B companies by Digital Commerce 360.
