Retailer attendees spanned the spectrum—from small to large operators, newbies to veterans and across product categories—and took away fresh tactics to apply to their business strategies and information on the newest services available from technology vendors.

Many of the event’s main stage speakers shared their business’ origination stories and grounded them by detailing how they are aggressively pursuing their distinct strategies. The focus of customers in the digital age was a point that several speakers touched on during the conference.
