Co-founder Anthony Bucci will stay on the board of the online motorcycle parts retailer’s parent company.

Online motorcycle gear and parts retailer RevZilla is looking for a new CEO.

Co-founder Anthony Bucci plans to step down from the position on Jan. 13, replaced on an interim basis by co-founder and chief operating officer Matthew Kull. Bucci won’t be leaving the company entirely, however, as he’ll continue to serve on the board of parent company Comoto Holdings.

“I believe this is the right strategic decision for the next stage of the company, but our customers and the RevZilla family should rest assured that I will continue to remain a force behind our cause,” he says.

RevZilla, No. 281 in the Internet Retailer 2016 Top 500 Guide, sold an Internet Retailer-estimated $87.5 million online last year, up 20% from $72.9 million last year.
