The studio division is the latest divestiture of eBay Enterprise since it was spun off from eBay Inc.

EBay Enterprise Inc. has sold its studio division to Industrial Color Brands, a creative production services vendor.

The companies aren’t revealing the terms of the sale.

The New York, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky-based studios, which fell under eBay Enterprise’s Marketing Solutions division, provided photography, video and copywriting services for e-retailers.

“With the completion of this transaction, our clients will benefit from expanded capabilities, including studio facilities, still and video capture, post-production, and creative workflow solutions to drive engagement, momentum, and transaction,” says eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions CEO Michael Jones, in a statement.

Jones told Internet Retailer in November that his focus is on building a performance marketing company, and in the months since the company has bought and sold several assets. It sold its display retargeting business in December to Ve Interactive, a digital advertising and onsite conversion platform technology company, for an undisclosed amount. In January, it bought AffiliateTraction, an affiliate technology vendor.

EBay Inc. in July sold eBay Enterprise for $925 million to a group of investment companies, including Permira Funds and Sterling Partners. In November those investors broke eBay Enterprise into four companies: Magento Commerce; eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions; the customer relationship division (subsequently acquired by Zeta Interactive); and the former eBay Enterprise services division.
