The marketplace named Jillian Balis chief marketing officer and Siobhan Dullea chief growth officer.

Artsy online marketplace The Grommet is bringing in executive reinforcements to help continue its growth.

The Grommet, No. 439 in the Internet Retailer 2015 Top 500 Guide, hired Jillian Balis as its chief marketing officer and Siobhan Dullea as its chief growth officer. Balis previously held senior-level marketing positions with online coupon company RetailMeNot and travel site Orbitz. Most recently, she served as the senior vice president of marketing for online pharmacy PillPack.

Dullea has worked more than 10 years in a number of executive roles at customer collaboration consultancy C Space.

“With their expertise and wisdom, Jillian and Siobhan will help The Grommet attract new members to our community and continue our mission of launching undiscovered products and helping them succeed,” The Grommet co-founder Jules Pieri says.

Top500Guide.com data shows The Grommet has grown at an annual rate of 23.61% over the past five years, to an Internet Retailer-estimated $35 million in 2014 from $15 million in 2010. In June 2014, The Grommet launched a wholesale e-commerce site to bring more products from independent craftspeople into retail stores.
