Brad Wilson takes over for founder Nick Heys at the e-mail marketing firm.

E-mail services provider Emailvision Holdings Ltd. has a new CEO.  Brad Wilson takes over immediately for CEO and company founder Nick Heys, the London-based firm said today. Heys held the job for 13 years. Emailvision did not immediately give a reason for his departure.

Wilson comes from Microsoft Corp., No. 74 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, where he was general manager for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) business. Among his duties was developing the company’s cloud-based—that is, Internet-hosted—services, Emailvision says.

He had worked at Microsoft since February 2005, according to his LinkedIn profile. Before that, he was vice president for marketing at Sigma Dynamics,  a predictive analytics technology provider that was bought by Oracle Corp. in 2006.

“Nick has built an outstanding team at Emailvision, with a culture that focuses on product excellence and customer success,” Wilson says. “I look forward to working closely with them to continue to grow the business around the world.”

Emailvision, which in late 2012 raised $30 million and bought and U.K.-based analytics and behavioral targeting company, serves two retailers in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide and four retailers in the Second 500 Guide.
