The Apple iPod Touch hardware is outfitted with a Linea Pro cradle containing a magnetic stripe reader and barcode scanner. The device is integrated into the retailer’s CrossView Cross-Channel Commerce platform, deployed in 2008 to unify call centers, point of sale and online commerce on a single platform with a single view of products, pricing, inventory, marketing, promotions and customers.
